ARCEMY® Education

• ARCEMY® Education is an entry-level system to be used for research and development and university student curriculum purposes. It features a smaller footprint and the requirement to benefit from future data, research, and research papers.

ARCEMY® Edition

• ARCEMY® Edition is AML3D’s commercial solution for improving metal part manufacturing supply chains. With the Small Edition featuring a robotic arm capable of up to 78 inches in reach and the X Edition capable of up to 126 inches in reach, medium to large part manufacture is covered. Each Edition is highly functional and includes a two axes sky hook positioner and robotic pedestal for optimal reach in the Wire-arc Additive Manufacturing process. A dynamic blower cools, and Fronius TPS 500i welder with an integrated wire-feeder work to provide controlled weld properties with stable deposition. A premium welding tip and highperforming sensors further increase productivity by providing fast and reliable data collection to AMLSoft®.

• Optimise parts to reduce weight and minimise assembly and machining time
• Encourages just-in-time and near point-of-need manufacture
• Produce parts from 200 mm3 in Titanium and 400 mm3 in a range of steel, super duplex, copper, nickel and aluminium alloys
