COMPANY OVERVIEW

Athena improves defence combat capability by driving sensor to effector efficiencies and creating decision superiority, all whilst mitigating risk to the mission. Athena

achieves this by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate the data to intelligence process to enable more robust, accelerated military decision cycles.

    Athena’s core capabilities include:

  • State of the Art AI: Athena creates bespoke and sophisticated AI neural networks to analyse data saturated battlespaces, revealing critical information rapidly and autonomously to commanders.
  • Trusted Military Decision Support: Athena has developed ethical AI-ontheloop decision support that enhances and reinforces Command, Control and Communications, Autonomous Systems, and Joint Fires.
  • Agnostic Integration: Athena can integrate our AI networks with different platforms, optics (EO, IR, Hyperspectral), edge compute devices, network nodes, and various battle management applications to create AI augmented systems of the future today.

PRODUCTS

    VISION Computer Vision Inference Pipeline

Athena CVIP is an integrated military artificial intelligence (AI) decision support tool developed specifically for the targeting cycle, to speed up sensor to effector links.

    Our multi-stage classigication technology provides:

  • Faster and more effective sensor to effector cycles
  • Improved compliance to LOAC and ROE
  • Reduced cognitive load on operators
  • Real-time, improved situational awareness for commanders
  • VISION Battle Tracking Service

BTS extends upon detections produced by Athena AI’s CVIP and the position location metadata available from a video feed producing asset to create What, Where, When intelligence for a common operating picture. It does this by producing Cursor on Target (CoT) messages that output directly into ATAK.

    Geospatial

An automated terrain analysis and mission planning tool for RASAI enabled call signs at the battlegroup level and below. Geospatial enables map, satellite, and geospatial data to be quickly analysed, determining key terrain, optimal asset placement, mobility corridors, cover and concealment and manoeuvre routes. The routes can apply to ground-based forces or waypoints for an unmanned asset

DISCRIMINATORS

Athena AI’s core capabilities differ from our competitors in that Athena incorporates synthetic training, hierarchical architectures, and multispectral networks. Athena also includes the Australian Defence Force’s ethical AI pragmatic tools, consideration for lethality systems, and performs quantization aware training or synthetic dataset generation. To date Athena is unaware of an AI company which has established the level of trust in their networks with its full data assurance framework as well as forward planning for Article 36 reviews to support sensor to shooter links.
