COMPANY OVERVIEW

Breaker’s goal is to create solutions that push the boundaries of autonomy and robotics. Breaker’s core product is CRUX OS, an advanced platform and domainagnostic autonomy software. Our mission is to overcome the current challenges in autonomous systems by harnessing our latest advancements in AI, both in hardware and software. We focus on enhancing operational efficiency, enabling operators to control multiple robots with reduced cognitive load and minimal equipment. CRUX is designed for operators who need to command multiple autonomous systems while they are flying, fighting, or on the move.

PRODUCTS

  • Autonomy and Robotics: Focus on advancing autonomy and robotics to meet the growing demands in the defense sectors
  • CRUX Platform: Platform-agnostic software enabling the control of multiple autonomous systems with reduced cognitive load
  • Operational Efficiency: Reduces the equipment burden and allows soldiers to operate UAVs using standard military radios, enhancing battlefield effectiveness
  • Advanced Teaming Capabilities: Enables one-to-many control, where a single operator can command multiple UAVs simultaneously, improving strategic operations
  • Electronic Warfare Resilience: UAVs are designed to be less susceptible to jamming and detection, crucial for ISR operations
  • Innovative UAV Technology: Combines optimization techniques and Decision Making Systems (DMS) for superior autonomy and intelligence on compact edge devices
  • CR700 Platform: An industry-leading drone platform with CRUX already integrated that can be used for testing and evaluation

DISCRIMINATORS

  • Auditable autonomous decision making
  • Natural language communication with autonomous systems
  • One person can command and control many autonomous systems with minimal cognitive load using only the radio systems already carried, eliminating laptops and other bulky equipment typically needed to deploy autonomous systems
  • A platform-agnostic package that can be integrated into most autonomous systems including UAS and UGV
  • The ability to team different platforms across different domains

AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT

Breaker’s CRUX platform and UAV systems are currently in the final stages of test and development. Full availability is anticipated within the next 12 months following final testing and MVP development. Initial production units will have a lead time of approximately 6-8 months from order placement. Breaker provides comprehensive after-sales support, including training, integration assistance, and maintenance services, ensuring regular software updates, hardware maintenance, and system upgrades. As the product matures, Breaker will scale production and support capabilities to fulfil future orders more rapidly, backed by an established supply chain and robust support infrastructure.
