COMPANY OVERVIEW

Established in 2011, Micro-X was the first company globally to commercialise a digital X-ray tube using Carbon Nano Tube (CNT) emitter technology. Micro-X’s Nano-Electronic X-ray – or NEX Technology – breaks through the historical limitations of traditional X-ray and has enabled the development of smaller, lighter, faster and more precisely controlled X-ray imaging systems.

In 2016, Micro-X was contracted by a Five Eyes alliance country to develop a Selfcontained ‘Stand-Off Backscatter Imaging Concept’ the Argus X-ray Camera is a direct result of this development program.

Argus X-ray Camera:

Argus X-ray Camera elevates your imaging capability. Remotely deployed standoff backscatter enables penetration of hardened targets and access to elevated and concealed positions, with technology not previously available during high-risk search and Counter Improvised Explosive Device (CIED) operations.
